Electrical Infrared Thermography
A safe, stable, and efficient electrical system is essential to every building. For example, in hospital, a momentary power outage may lead to unimaginable consequences. In commercial building or hotels, an unstable electrical system may cause financial loss and ruin a companyˇ¦s reputation.
Infrared thermography inspection can detect most of the electrical malfunctions before the problems become serious. The problems can then be fixed timely to ensure safe & normal operation of the electrical system.
Theory
As electrical current flows through a conductor, heat is generated. Many electrical defects are accompanied by a rise in temperature for up to several weeks prior to failure. Some defects may be represented as cool components.
